It is my absolute pleasure to fully endorse eightpounds.com They have managed to introduce a system which guarantees you will not forget to pay your congestion charge and ultimately be fined £100 for forgetting it. Unlike fivepounds.co.uk they are not members of a TFL fleet scheme and as such I see it impossible for TFL to shut the scheme down. Well done, great idea

Having been commuting into London for the last 3 years, using www.eightpounds.com has really saved me money. Not only do I no longer have to worry about forgetting to pay and getting a fine, I now have the convenience of getting one monthly invoice. Although recently TFL has now given the facility to pay for a week or month in advance, if you do not go into the charging zone on one of those days for whatever reason, you still get charged by TFL, whereas with www.eightpounds.com you only pay for the times you go in the zone.
